Since May 2013 I tried to have an account (and cellphone number) converted from Corporate to Private, since I've been laid off on medical grounds. The initial application was rejected without reason. I then applied to have the phone number converted to pre-paid. After lengthy delays and numerous visits to their Elardus Park branch, and while I still paid the corporate account, the initial request was suddenly "approved". I eventually managed to have the number converted to pre-paid, but now I still receive conflicting bills from Nashua Mobile. How do I permanently get rid of them?
