Nashua Mobile: Incorrect billing/No client service

On the 24th May 2013 I called Nashua Mobile to report incorrect billing on my cell phone account. The call reference number is 3001932011.

For reasons known only to Nashua Mobile, my billing for May 2013 suddenly changed from a TopUp-50 subscription to a 500 minute subscription, at a significant increase in cost.

I was told by the call centre agent that she did not know how to fix the problem and had escalated the query. Needless to say, the query has not been resolved.

I then received an sms on 27th May 2013 wherein I was asked to rate Nashua Mobile's service. I responded with a 0/10 (worst) and received a further message saying a Nashua Mobile representative would contact me. No such thing has happened; no messages or e-mail.

I paid the account in full in May as I did not want to get suspended.

What do I require? As a 14 year-long client of Nashua Mobile, I want my cell phone package returned to a TopUp-50 package, I want this problem fixed once and for all (second time this has happened), and I want my account to be credited with the initial incorrect debit.

Or, I would like some client service!
