Went to the store to do a sim swop cause my sim card broke so i threw it away
and only when I get to the store I get told that if u throw away a sim card I must have a police report. It never used to be like that before and this new rule was never communicated to the customers. And mind you I dont have a car and police station is 5km from here. But if I was told before hand then I would have arranged the docs before coming all the way. Why should I suffer for something that was never communicated to me? And I need the sim which I pay for everymonth, its not like they wont deduct the money cause I dont hace a sim
