Unable to Switch Network Providers

In 2004 some colleagues and I started a new company. We were all previously employed by the same company and enjoyed corporate benefits as offered by Nashua Mobile to the employees of the company that we worked for. When we started our own company we asked if Nashua Mobile were prepared to allow us to retain the benefits we had received. This request was granted but, to simplify their own internal processes, they linked our account to that of our previous employer. We have always remained independent of our previous employer and over the years received the corporate benefits as offered by Nashua Mobile. All billing statements are addressed to the new company and are paid by us. Two weeks ago I applied for an upgrade and a switch from Vodacom to Cell C. To date my application has not yet been approved and Nashua Mobile are not prepared to assist me until I seek permission from my previous employer to do the switch. The problem appears to be caused by a lack of understanding and an unwillingness to help by the call center operators dealing with my application. I'd like my existing contract cancelled immediately, all cancellation costs carried by Nashua Mobile.
