I took out a new Cell-C contract at the Nashua Mobile Store in Norwood. At the time I still had a contract with another service provider and I was assured then that when that contract ended and the number was put onto prepaid, I could switch the number of my contract.
It is now more than a month later and I am still waiting. I believe the initial number switch was rejected as they said it has to be done at contract inception (not what I was promised). Then they said they would try and terminate that contract and link that number when they setup the new contract at no cost to me. This was not done, and the failure to communicate this with me (I had to find this out by calling in today), has lead me to believe that I made a big mistake by joining Nashua Mobile. It is a shame as I am on a corporate account.
I am now still running around with 2 phones, one with my old number and my new phone that I call out from, at a huge inconvenience. This needs to be sorted out ASAP
