The amount of R2191.85 were deducted from my account for so called data used with a modem that does not connect to the internet since the contract was started 3 moths ago. Every time the faulty modem is reported the answer is someone from Iburst will contact me, this never happens. I was once told to take the modem to Cell C to rectify, Cell C revered me to Ibust where nothing happens. I am now at a point where I have stopped any payment to Iburst then this case will be handled in court. Sick an tired for company's where service does not exist, while huge amounts of money is deducted from customer accounts.
