After a 4 year relationship with Nashua Mobile i chose not to renew my contract due to number of reasons including bad client service, to prove my point my contract came to an end on the 12th May and prior to that i sent Nashua Mobile a fax stating my intention not to renew my contract and for them to cancel all contractual obligations and make MY number a pre-paid number.
Nashua Mobile didn't hold their side of the agreement and i subsequently dealt with Monique Jones over a period of a month with difficulty and lack of responses. Finally my phone gets deactivated on the 30th June but not converted into pre-paid as requested. I have left two messages for Monique to get back to me, and two emails, one from my lawyer and she still hasn't responded, i need my number activated and made to a pre-paid as requested ASAP.
