Blackberry 9360 1 year into contract at this point. The phone was replaced with a recon device in December the recon device thas sent in for repair/insurance claim in late June because it was not reading the sim and constantly searching for network. After 3 weeks and alot of calls i eventually get told the repair is gonna cost me R 2000.00 because components are missing from the device. Then after alot more phone calls i am told no it was for the screen and they would issue me with another recon device for the R2000. I have an issue with this as there is nothing wrong with the screen. Well its been over a week since i had a mediator from autopage contact me to tell me i would get a call from managment to resolve this issue. My accounts are all in order. I have spent close on R1000.00 rand on airtime if not more to contact this company with no call from managemnet, no e-mail or anything as to the status of this claim then i recieved my billing via email and there is an error on my account. How do you motivate a company that does not live upto promises they make.
I have paid my package premium incl device & minutes. I receive the minutes but am without a device. Service please.
