They promise to remove you from Debt review and reset your credit status, offering the world.
However, before starting their process, they require you to approve debit checks (debit orders) on your bank account.
Their communication is extremely poor.
They agreed to extend the first debit order date due to the pending 17.w document from the debt review company, but they still deducted money.
When requesting a refund, they refused to return part of it, claiming it was for a legal process that shouldn't have started without the 17.w document. Am I wrong?
After three days of unanswered phone calls and WhatsApp messages, I still haven't been able to speak to management.
The NCR document they sent to prove their ability to remove you from Debt review is a standard document that can be obtained from the internet.
I have been trying to contact them to resolve this problem for three days now, but their communication is very poor.
I'm starting to believe it's a scam.
