Bad Service & attitude, No proper feedback

Problem experienced: The device is charged @ 80-90% when I switch off the device, when I switch if back on, the device refuses to power up. Charge the device for 24 hours, still device does not power up. I booked in my Galaxy TAB 7500 for the same problem x 3 times. The Technical call centre claims they repaired device but still experienced problem after the second time it was booked in. Booked in the device again on the 09/08/2013 but now they cannot FIND my device. I've been to the MTN store in Centurion on numerous occasions & they claim they have already sent to repair centre but when I called the technical call centre 0839000349, they claim that they have no record of the device being booked in for repairs after February 2013. I have to follow up on the status of this device (Do MTN's work). How on earth can my device just be "Gone". I have proof of device booked in on 09/08/2013. Now they are claiming that the device was repaired in February but they cannot advise what they repaired & are requesting an amount of R725.00 to be paid but what have they repaired as the device was still having the same problem when I booked it in on 09/08/2013. Device "MISSING" HELP
