Quality of Rice

I have been eating Tastic Rice for the past 60 years. I have not had a single problem with the quality of the rice. Recently, I purchased my rice from President Hyper in Krugersdorp and found that when you boil the rice, the water looks mushy. When cooked, you can see that there are some grains that look whiter than the others, and those ones do not cook well. They remain hard. Also, the rice is not fluffy and white.
