Terrible service and not able to confirm orde

Have now been calling Virgin mobile for roughly the last 2 months. First of all, every time you phone, you have to verify your phone number, address etc., they promise that you won't have to do that with every person you speak to, but you do. Sapping away minutes of my life that i will not get back, even when i ask to get put through to a department. I have wanted to order a BLACK Samsung 4. One person told me that she cannot tell me when they will get stock, she will keep me updated. No news. The other said he would call me back and let me know if they had stock because they didn't have an updated stock order, still waiting 2 days later. Lastly this morning I get told that they cannot confirm which colour I will get. Only when the courier company phones will they tell me if it's a white or black phone. How ridiculous is that??? I told the agent that i want to speak to a manager. that was at 8am this morning and I'm still waiting. Now I ask myself why I am staying with this network provider. I cannot believe in today's time with so much compeition in the market that a company can be run like this.
