My contract with Elite Mobile was up and I can upgrade. So I phoned them on 4th December to look at options and help from them. I decided on Samsung S4 phone. We discussed package options and phone colour. I would have loved a black phone, but was offered a white one (out of stock) I phoned multiple times to find out about delivery of phone as I am going on leave. To date I am still waiting for someone to phone me back. I must always phone them, and are always given poor excuses, promising me "someone will phone back" after 14 days, I am still waiting for their SOMEONE!! funny how no names are given.
Apparently the delay is because the sales person loaded the wrong package and phone deal and my order is now on hold for an undisclosed time!!! I just don't know how to resolve this. I am not given any service from Elite Mobile at all.
