Since 1 June 2013 i have logged 17 emails to your organization with the last one being yesterday 24 October wherein i request a cancellation figure as you are billing me with amounts which you cannot justify.
17 emails later and almost 6 months later no one made contact with me to provide me with a settlement figure.
If you send emails they (CELL C for yourself) dont even have the courtesy in replying to them. No response on the complaints logged on Facebook either as it is clear that CELL C has no consideration for their clients, nor do they know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. Funiwe does not respond to ANY of the emails i sent which i find horrific to say the least.
Get your act into gear as i need closure on this account and need a settlement amount before COB today.
Please (CELL C) don't respond on Hello peter by saying you will get someone to look into this as you never do.
