Cell C
No response as promised

I have posted complaints on both Cell C website and Hello Peter's website on the 11th and have only received automated responses promising that someone will contact me shortly.
To date no one has contacted me and the matter raised is still unresolved.

Can a real person please respond to my complaint today?
