STILL NO RESPONSE AFTER REPORTING CELL C

How can any company claim to be the best if they cant even resolve their client queries or complaints. Today is the 11th working day since I posted my 1st report on the 24/06/2013 with Hello Peter. Up to date I have had to effort to resolve my issues raised with Cell C despite direct mails being sent to Sisa whom is the responsible person with Cell C.

It seems that Cell C as big as they are just don't give a continental about any issues raised by any client as they are simply too big to care. My opinion, they should not even be allowed to operate in this country but then again service is something which is long gone.

What more can be done before the giant Cell C will respond and resolve to their unhappy clients?
