So my ADSL line has been down for 3 weeks now, I've phoned Telkom countlessy and visited their physical store in The Glen. I was told that my line had been suspended and that an email has been sent to tech to unsuspend it... I have no outstanding fees so I don't see why it was suspended in the first place. I try everything and they keep telling me an email has been sent to unsuspend. The line .. Its been 3 weeks and my line is still down!?
I have a business dependent on my ADSL, This is not on.
