I am an exciting client with Cell C for years now. I applied for an second upgrade for the Blackberry Z10. My bank account details did not change for 9 years. Now they want 3 month bank statements and ID copies before they could complete my application. They have sufficient bank record and why would they want my ID copy again. I applied last Wednesday and got told yesterday my application was incomplete because they need paperwork. I do not feel the need to supply bank statements for there is an excellent track record. I feel like cancelling my exciting phone and the new application. I told then that yesterday and they were going to escalate the query to accounts but i did not receive any feedback.
