I was contacted in April to renew my contracts. I was given a sales pitch of "such a valuable customer, blah blah blah" and due to this I was told "I'll ask the manager to waive the R200 admin fee" (for the renewal of the contract)
I've paid the normal monthly contract amounts and the payment to end the previous contracts. Now consistently every month you disconnect my line due to the "outstanding R200". I've had 6 or 7 conversations now explaining that I was told it would be waived, and every time I'm told an incident is logged to investigate what the sales agent told me.
And when you disconnect the line (for this supposed "none payment") you even block calls to your call centre!! Now how do you expect me to contact you to resolve the issue???
I didn't want to resort to Hello Peter, but I've been on hold for the last 20 minutes (incurring more costs as I need to use a different line), with the call being dropped 4 times.
Reconnect my lines today and write off the R200 I do not owe you (take it out the sales agent's salary who made a promise he wasn't meant to) You cannot to customers
