Trying to get a Samsung Galaxy tablet from MTN has been like trying to squeeze blood from a stone...

Frustrating and pointless. My fiance and I have been to the same store 4 times. First we were told the application needed to be approved which is all fine and understandable. We were told we would be contacted to collect the product, after a day of waiting my fiance called the store and was told he could collect the product. On arrival we were told they did not have the correct sim card for the tablet and we would need to come back the following day which we did and surprise surprise it was the same story. We were however told that we could take the tablet and fetch a sim from fourways crossing branch... No thanks. So again we waited. After the weekend I received a call to say that I could collect the tablet, and back to the store we went. Thinking we could take the tablet home, we were told we would have to come back the following day once the sim card has registered. How does it make sense that I can take the product and fetch a sim from another branch, but I cannot take the product and sim from the same store if the sim is pending registration?? Incompetence and poor communication!
