Failure to collect product

I was offered a ZET tablet on a 24 months contract by CellC. On their offer, they had mentioned that should I not be entirely satisfied with the product, I have 7 days to return it. I received the tablet on 27th September however I was not impressed by it. I called on 1st October and they had advised that they will collect it on the day or the following day however it was never collected. Every second day I call them with regards to this but I only get excuses as to why it has still not been collected. Last week they had advised me that they did make an effort to come and collect it however they had an incorrect physical work address. I urgently need them to collect this tablet before I get billed as I had advised them in time of my dissatisfaction.
