Continued problems with upgraded contract

POOR SERVICE INITIALLY
In March I went in to the MTN store in Hemmingways Mall to upgrade my contract.
Cayleigh gave no advice regarding upgrade options, simply asking what I wanted to upgrade to.
Fortunately I knew what I wanted and so could ask specifically for the iPHONE 5 on top up.
I checked the monthly billing and asked that everything be removed to keep the bill at basic contract amount only. Cayleigh confirmed that the cost monthly would be around R550 - this has proven not to be the case.

- SIM SWOP NOT CORRECT
The upgrade to iPhone required a sim swap.
The sim swap did not work on first attempt. I had to return to the store the following day to complete the process.

- INCORRECT BILLING AND INFORMATION
Three months later the account continued to be above R700 monthly.
On first query in April, Cayleigh said it took up to 2 months for new contract to reflect.
On second query in July, Cayleigh said the problem was with continued charges for BBM and itemised billing. She arranged to refund these items.

- LANGUAGE
The bad language used to describe these charges cannot be repeated in this complaint, men do not use such language in mixed company!
