Ridiculously incorrect billing from CellC

My contract includes 1GB, 300sms & 100min p.m. The drama started month 1: they charged me extra for my packages. I'm a student, getting a R600 bill unexpected is no joke. After a couple of months they fixed this and credited the amount. Over these 2 years they've managed to cut my line twice, without any outstanding payments or anything of the sort. As my upgrade approached I visited CellC on 1 Oct 2012. I was told that, should I cancel my contract it'll still run till 16 Jan 2013 & was advised to wait until Dec to cancel/upgrade. Nov I received a massive bill, they had started to charge the packages out of contract again. I logged a complaint and after a week of back and forth with customer services I got a call saying not to worry, the incorrect charges will be credited. I went to the store on 16 Dec, to upgrade to an iphone contract. I returned to the store 2wks later just to find out that my name was never put on the list and had to repeat the whole process & I'm still waiting.
It's Jan: needless to say my account is yet to be credited and the overcharged amount has grown to more than a R1000. I've been posting on the FB page & emailing weekly, NOBODY has contacted me!
