I took the mtn Samsung galaxy pocket phone that comes with a Samsung tv on the 11th of July on an upgrade. I got the cellphone on the same day and was promised that I should get the tv within ten working days. the promised period passed and I enquired on Friday 26 with the guy who had helped me with the contract, Collin. he took my details and promised me that he would call but he never did. I went in the shop again on Monday July 29 and he still said he would call me with feedback but still he never did. Tuesday at around 8 I call them and I spoke to a girl called Amanda and she said he (Collin) would call me back but an hour later he still didn't call. I had to call again and this stime around I spoke to Lundi, and she assured me that he would call me back (Collin). he later called me and to my surprise ha tells me that he called Samsung and they say they wanted my ID number!!! I gave him my ID number and he says its fine. a couple of minutes later he calls again to say the delay was due to stock shortage and they will deliver my tv next week. again he calls after around 15 minutes to tell me that they want my tv licence number. How does mtn operate please???
