Routing problem to Swaziland

For the past month there seems to be a routing problem with Cell C to Swaziland.
Vodacom, MTN and 8ta dongles are working fine and .co.sz sites can be accessed/reached.
I showed with my laptop and Cell C and Vodacom dongles the problem at Cell C Ilanga Mall shop.
They agreed that it seems to be a Cell C problem and made me complete a complaints form which I did.
I have sent numerous complaints online and telephonically.
The problem is that the helpdesk/call centre seem to think the problem is on my side and are not very helpful or do not understand the problem.
I run my Swaziland business mainly from my home in Nelspruit.
I now had to buy a Vodacom dongle to be able to access my office and any other .co.sz website for that matter.
I primarily use Cell C because Cell C has the best reception in my area, Vodacom and MTN reception is very poor.
This has become a real crisis for me and I have tried everything, but nothing is happening.
It seems to be a simple routing problem, but it has taken more than one month already to solve the problem (if anyone has even tried or looked at the problem).
It is not just me, I tried on several other computers and laptops & different Cell C dongles.
