Ad bad bad service

My contract was due for upgrade on 07 March 2013, I wend back to Vodacom and I chose a Samsung Galaxy Chat phone, the guy promised to call me after two days since they didn't have the phone in Stock he explained that they will have to order the phone, after two days he did not call I had to call him and he said he forgot and that he will get on it. I was patient and he did not call again, I had to give him a call he then gave me stories that the phone will be delivered soon. bare in mind that now it was month end of March still my Phone was not there. I called the shop once again and asked to speak to the manager and he said he will call me back of which he did not until today. I went to the shop in the third week of April I found the guy who was assisting me "Sabelo" and again the Samsung was on the April Catalogue but yet they say it is out of stock. he apologized and told me that the guy who was making an order, was ordering with the wrong code and yet again promised to call. it is now May and still no word from this guy. I had to call him again today and it seems he's completely forgotten about me and that clearly says that i'm not valued here i demand an apology and a prompt
