REALLY DISGUSTING SERVICE

I will never deal with Bayport Cellular again, their service is pathetic. I have taken a contract with them for 2 x phones a Samsung pocket and a Blackberry 9360. Firstly I had to send my Samsung in as it was faulty, secondly I reported my blackberry for being faulty. I was advised by Collin to take it into my nearest Cell C outlet who will then send it in for repairs. I proceeded to take the phone in on 27/4/2013 to Cell C Alberton City, today 2/5/2013 I called the repair department to be told that they haven't received my phone as yet. Then I called the store and spoke to Gary who then informed me he will investigate and call me back. He then called me back to inform me that my phone isn't even a Cell C phone so the repair department can't assist. Let me repeat that I had to call them they didn't even bother to inform me. When I called Bayport today I was told that I must collect my phone and they will have it collected in the next 48hrs for repairs. These people are wasting my time.
