I have recently received a sms for HANDOVER of Cell Acc for Debt Collection from PHOLOSA. Because these 2 Cellphone Numbers belonged to my Deceased Husband which have been deceased almost 2 years ago, i have a SHOCK of my life!! A month after my Husband died i personally went to CELL C store in Vaal Mall, gave them all the neccesary Documents and paid over R3000.00 to stop both Contracts and make them pre-paid. I Have phoned PHOLOSA and asked them what the outstanding money was for and they just said phone CELL C and ask them because CELL C asked them to hand this Account over, so i phoned CELL C Vaal Mall and asked them what the Account is for and they said that they cant see anything on theyre system. So how the can i owe you R514.98 if no one can tell me what is for and if im a PREPAID Client for almost 2 Years!! Really CELL C please wake up and fix this mess cause i dont owe you a cent.
