Highly dissapointed and angry!

I am still waiting on feedback, after my handset has been booked in for repairs for more than 2months and nothing has been done! the issue was escalated to management for 2weeks, and had no response back, not even a phone call, nothing. The person that i am, I am still paying R289 for a handset that I dont even have and that hasnt been fixed.! I want feedback, i want to know whats going to happend asap! as you leave me no choice but to take things further!!!
