No regard for good clients time

All i want is a business cell number changed to a private person but this look like it is impossible. I went to this store in January 2012. To get a upgrade and number changed. I was told i could not do it because i was on ICT. I then got my mother to get three months bank statements and pay slip and proof of residents. I got a letter from the company had the owner's ID stamped at the police station. I keep phoning and nothing. i then spoke to the manager at the time Deva he looks into it just to find out the lady lost everything. I had to go through the whole spiel again and get all documents. I then keep phoning just to get told it takes time. I went past the store again last month they say it will happen at the end of this month. Yesterday i go back to the store to be told they have nothing on record. First of all my manager thinks i'm the can even sort this out one phone number. I pay this phone every month. I want this sorted out straight away i have resigned at the company and need my phone but it is still on they name. How long does it take to get a phone transferred a year and a half well this is totally UN acceptable regards Eddie
