I got my 3g card over a year ago. I called them and told them my 3G was not working, they said their coverage department would come and have a look. That never happened. I called numerous times and still no one came to help. Eventually after 1 year someone from coverage came, and apologized and said they had no staff and no equipment, he confirmed there is definitely a coverage problem.
I told them it was a bit too late and would like to terminate the service and be reimbursed. They confirmed they would look into it to terminate and reimburse, but I am still being billed to date by MTN for a service never given to me. I have sent lots of emails and made lots of calls for over a year, is thuggory and dishonesty on MTN's part. Still no one has comeback to me about this issue.
