I have contacted the MTN Coverage Team last year September with regards to the coverage issue in Sunninghill, Sandton.
To date, this issue has not been resolved. I have followed up numerously and MTN Coverage Team has suggested resolutions that have never materialised.
I am starting to wonder if this 'team' ever resolves anything? When i call, the technical guys are never avail to advise the call centre staff.
I am now sick and tired of this... sort yourselves out guys or close up shop if you cant handle yourselves.
