Poor website customer service

I requested advice on how to forward on my phone when busy or no answer to my voicemail and did so via your website so that I have step by step instructions. I then went into the branch to request and the gave me to *33*220 and my number. I tried this but it does not work! I still have not have any response from my request posted on the Neotel website. Its actually a simple service I just want to work. I have setup the voicemail but it is useless if it doesnt forward calls to the voicemail, does it? On the phone it ask foward to:? So what should I put in there to forward the call to voicemail. I really am not asking much, am I? I have two numbers.
