I have been an Mtn paying customer for years now. Recently i got sick admitted in hospital and lost my phone. When i was done with my chemotherapy, i wanted my cell number back. Bought a new starter pack and attempted to do a im swap, when i failed the security questions, i was told that i need to send them an affidavit and a copy of my ID if i was really interested in having my old number back. I did that and faxed at postnet and had no response from MTN, i phoned them and they said they didnt receive it, and had to get a new sim card as that one was active more than 24hrs.i faxed new documents now still with no luck from MTN i phoned again i was old it was not received and this time it was a different fax no.i was asked to fax again, when i called they told me they are sending a tracing document..I am still sitting waiting from a call from the service provider tha i have been loyal to for mopre than 10yrs.mtn has been such a dissappointment, despite all the processes they asked me to follow they fail to get back to me. Whats the point of being in a network that doesnt support you or knows nothing about customer service. I appeal to people that have they nos to change while they still c
