No one is willing to assist me with my Sim Swap

Lost my phone with sim card on it, tried to contact MTN call centre via 173 for sim swap. The call centre asked me security questions which I failed some of them as I could not remember when the last airtime was purchase and 3 frequently dialled numbers I failed their questionnaires simply because I have another contract phone with MTN so I don't used my prepared phone often, I was told to fax an affidavit together with a copy of my ID stating that the number belongs to me etc. to 0866563493. the documents were faxed through on the 12th of August 2013 since I have been calling the call centre 173 for feedback nobody knows what's happening about my sim swap request today I have spoken to 3 call centre agent already all of them will take my details down and promised to get back to me at one stage I was told that they can't do anything about it if the person who supposed to action the request is not responding to emails, this quite frustrating if company as MTN cannot do anything or track down the request and find out why is not action, now I have not where else to go as they would give me details of the person dealing with my problem my email address is [Email Removed]
