Can I speak to a human?

I am having an issue reloading my blackberry internet service, it is saying that I have insufficient funds for the purchase when I know for a fact that I have enough to reload it twice. So I give the 173 MTN hotline a call and there is no way for me to speak to an actual live human being as none of the prerecorded options are suitable to my needs. So I phoned and phoned, I even went on their website to do an online chat assistance but that was just as usless as the phoning, seems that If I require service from these people I need to physically go in to find a live breathing body!!!
