I did login on my Nashua profile on the [URL Removed] and try to make use of upgrade function but it did not work. I also completed the "request to call me" form with no responds. I also register a request for upgrade on [URL Removed] reference number 32605 and 32604 also with no action? My contact information do not reflect my new e-mail address that I updated online?
The webpage is not functional and of no use to the customer.
