Customer Service is NOT optional it is REQUIRED!!

A week ago today, 22nd July - I went into your Branch to do a straight forward simswap as I needed a microsim for the Iphone 5 - Firstly, she never asked if it was a Iphone 4 or 5 - and how am I suppose to know that either takes a different sim card, anyway* She then had to cancel the one sim card and give me another one telling me it would be activated within 8 hours. I got home only to find out that she had given me a prepaid simcard with a new number which is NOT what I had asked for. I phoned the branch back to tell them only to have her call me a and tell that I had activated the sim card too quickly. My entire family has had sim swaps done and I know for a fact I cannot activate it as I DO NOT work at Vodacom bearing in mind I had already contacted the call centre! After calling me a and putting the phone down in my ear, I phoned back leaving my name and number for a manager to contact me. Well as I said is a week later and no one has bothered to phone me back. This is disgusting service and I will not tolerate it .. I have been with Vodacom for over 12 years and if that's how you train your staff, well I suggest you reconsider employing people like that. Disgusted!!
