There is a question I have posed to MTN before. Why can they not send an SMS when the account is over due like everyone else, they just disconnect. I will not have a Debit Order as I have had problems in the past. This means that sometimes I forget to pay. No customer service reminder just disconnection.
This time, however, I have paid and they have disconnected me. I dialled 808 (MTNSP customer service line) There are only prerecorded options. No human! If I dial 8089000 and select account queries, I get looped back into the 808 system of frustration. I want to talk to a human being with regard to my account, Why is this NOT POSSIBLE?
MTN your customer service is an insult.
