I've tried to cancel a medical aid. I received 2 automated responses for each e-mail I sent with no human response to date. Call the call centre and the agent sounds like she is on auto-pilot as well - human automated response. Do not listen at all. Sounds like she's reading something and no matter what I say, she continues reading her auto response.
I ask - "may I please speak to somebody in Afrikaans because I do not understand you"? She continues to blab, not even acknowledging that I asked a question. I only got the part where someone will call me back from the financial department; which never happened either, before she dropped the call and cut me off.
Tomorrow the debit order will bounce due to insufficient funds should they continue to put it through, resulting in more banking fees - which I cannot afford.
Is there a human being at Momentum or another Robot? Anybody out there? Anybody willing to listen and respond in Afrikaans or is that now really pushing it?
