CALL RECEIVED AT 8.40 PM!!!

On 18 11 I received a call at 8.40pm on MY cell phone looking for someone who I worked with some 2 years ago. I explained that this person did not live with me, and I no longer have contact with her. I was then asked to give her a message as her cell phone keeps going into voice mail. How am I suppose to do this if I have not seen her for 2 years and no longer have contact with her???
My objection is why was I phoned at 8.40PM? I have a father of 85 and a father in law of 92 who both live alone, and when my phone rings at that time of night, I think the worst. I was in actual fact already asleep at this time.
Phoned your head office today and asked to speak to the head of complaints. Was told I was being put thru. The call was answered and I was told the Manager was not in today - surely your switchboard should know this!! Asked to speak to the next in charge - had to relay my complaint, was told they would look for someone. I then asked for someone to phone me back on my landline as I was phoning from Cape Town, and was told that they do not phone people back, but as I was upset they would do so. Guess what NO ONE has phoned back. Is this SERVICE!!!
