No feedback and poor service

I applied for the Internet 5 promo but was turned downdue to a judgement against me that was given a long time ago. I want to pay the 2 year contract's premiums as a lumpsum to prove that I am not a credit risk.

I have tried phoning the call centre, but keep on being cut off before I can speek to anyone. I tried contacting them via their website on 3 different occasions without any feedback. I also used their website's live chat as well as call back request and still did not get ANY feedback.

The people at the shop said I must phone 081180 and speak to their credit department. There is not even that option and I still get cut off every time before I can speak to somone
