Can someone from MTN please contact me and advise me as to why I am not able to download anything. I have been an MTN customer for over 10 years and the service has never been as shocking as what it is now to say the least. I went over to prepaid for a few months after my initial contract expired but took out a new contract earlier this year, the Blackberry 9320. Not only can I no longer download anything anymore I battle to even just Google something without having to get frustrated at the slow responses. As far as I understand, MTN is in breach of contract for not allowing BB users to download because this is a service offerred by Blackberry and MTN doesnt have a right to just put a stop to it. I want an explanation and to have this problem fixed or I will be moving over to another network. MTN has no regard towards customer service
