Cell CV takes 3 days to perform a sim swop

I have been trying to arrange a sim swop for 4 days. Cell C's call centre and head office were both unhelpful and rather useless. They have no solutions and merely tell me to wait until its my turn. When i ask when it will be my turn, they have no answer. They have kept me on hold for about 2 hours already and thats just today. So disappointed- they claim to be efficient but they are clearly not. No after sale care whatsoever!
