I logged a billing dispute with cell c on 11 June 13.
I have called for followup roughly once a week since complaint was logged. each time
I get the same story - they cant transfer me to anyone directly, but they will email the person responsible and they ensure me I will receive a call from them the same day.
To date I have not heard from anyone at cell c about my dispute. I have, however, received two marketing calls.

The time it is taking to resolve this issue is becoming insane!
