03 Dec 2013 I logged dispute regarding billing of my data card 079 879 3070 for the month of November 2013 which was almost R3000.00 . I logged dispute because in July I requested Vodacom to set limits on my account which than came to me as a surprise when I got billed so much yet I have limits set on my account. I have made number of phone calls to your call centre and I get the same story every time that someone Is going to get back at me and sadly no one has called. I feel its unfair for Vodacom to bill me so much yet they have system in place that is suppose to cut out my line when I exceed my limit. I want explanation as to what happened to da limits set on my number. I want to take legal actions against this bad conduct by Vodacom.
