I logged a dispute telephonicaly, and as requested faxed my contract to the dispute team.
I have had only one call back, which was to tell me to get my contract from the store - which as I mentioned... I have - and have faxed to you.
I have also had confirmation telephonicaly of the receipt of said fax - and have still heard nothing back about my claim.
At present cell c is in breach of contract, as I am meant to get 200 minutes, 200mb of data and 200 sms/mms per month, and am currently getting only 100 of each.
Therefore Cell C is actively from me. Going to open a docket for against them and going to the CPA is my only next available step.
I cannot keep paying for something - I did not ask for.
