Phantom Contracts

On the the 1st of July 2013 I canceled my Do uncapped Premium. On the 1st of August I received a call confirming that my line will be canceled. Then on the 8th of August I logged a call to query an amount of R1226.32 being charged for service. It was explained to me that this was due to me not giving a months notice on the above request. After giving them the reference numbers they agreed to have it reversed. Then when I received my September statement the reversal was processed and now another fee of R1119.42 was charged for contract forfeiture. I called to log a dispute and was transferred to the ADSL division so that they could remove the status other wise this will happen every month. I was then transferred back and the accounts department then logged my dispute. On the the 26th of September I followed up on my dispute to find out that it was declined due to the wrong code used by the person that logged it. A new dispute was logged (27051964) only to receive a call today having to explain myself again that I have never entered into a contract with Telkom and that I have my own modem. The lady had the cheek to tell me "I don't think you will get your money back".
