My Blackberry 9790 has been sent in by Vodacom Northgate on 5 occasions since November 2012. Everytime it is returned to me it works for a few days and then it's not working again! The last 3 times it registers error 517. I am tired of sending my phone in to be returned only to have it sent back and it stops working again!
Lester Sherrifs has requested that the phone be replaced, but it keeps getting repaired and sent back to me. I want a new phone!!
