My issue started back in November 2012 (Ref no's: 2110802480 on the 08.11.12 & 2111501585 on the 15.11.12) where I was charged exuberant amounts for data while roaming even though I was not using this service. I was only contacted late in November by a Vuyo Mnguni [Email Removed] about the bill for November. I explained the issue that I had with that bill and was advised by him that the December bill also had large irregularities and I was to wait for that bill to dispute both at the same time. I paid the bill for the month of November (R9601) as so not to be disconnected but after trying to re-contact Vuyo Mnguni via email on the 13.12.12 I received no response so I put a Stop Order on the December bill as Cell C was not willing to engage with me to resolve the issue. I have since logged another complaint (3010801056 on the 08.01.12) where I clearly explained via email that all the charges were on the same day at the same time (R21149) which is impossible and have still not yet received any response from Cell C at all. Every month Cell C tries to debit my account and I keep reversing it, at my cost, and no one from Cell C is even able to help me at the call centre HELP
